First of all the biggest difference, apart from the increased specifications, between the Kacher K2 and the larger pressure washers is that the larger units have a water cooled induction motor.
The Karcher K2 motor is air-cooled which means a fan is blowing cool air over the motor. There is always a chance that the fan might malfuction or break. The larger models such as the Karcher K4 feature a water cooled motor. Basically a hose runs around the motor so when the machine is in operation the water is pumped through the hose and around the motor keeping it cool.
Like the Karcher K2 there are several lances included with which you can find a spray suitable for your purpose. For example a softer wide spray would be good for wooden decking whereas a harder concentrated spray is better for stubborn marks on driveways.
The pump head is aluminium which is stronger than plastic and allows for up to 150 bar power.
