Wilks pressure washers are taking the world by storm and in particular this Wilks USA TX750i petrol pressure washer is making lots of sales and getting lots of great reviews. First let’s have a quick look at the features and specifications of this washer.
Manoeuvrability
As with almost all petrol pressure washers the Wilks TX750i petrol pressure washer is a great unit that can easily be manoeuvered due to the all terrain 12″ wheels and sturdy handles. Reviews say that the unit is well balanced and that it can be moved from place to place very easily despite the super strong steel frame weighing 39kg.
Engine and Power
The 8 HP air cooled petrol engine is a Wilks 4-stroke OHV 210cc which allows the power washer to produce 3950 PSI at 272 Bar with 5.9kW power. According to Wilks this allows the user to do the job faster and with less petrol than competitor pressure washers.
Water flow is a large 660 litres per hour. These stats add up to a machine suitable for strong domestic work such as washing grease of driveways or graffiti of walls or industrial work such as washing tractors and other industrial machinery etc.
Fuel and Oil
The fuel tank has a 3.6 litre capacity while the oil tank can take 0.6 litres of oil. Use unleaded petrol and 10W 40 oil such as this one.
This means, as with other petrol petrol washers, that you will have to refuel while completing larger jobs.
To this extent is would have been great if Wilks could have included a low cost fuel can with the accessories.
Build In 6 Litre Detergent Tank
The TX750i comes with a build in 6 litre contoured detergent tank which saves you buying any extra gadgets as you must do with electric pressure washers. The detergent can be added for removing tough stains and marks as well as creating extra shine on your tractors and trucks etc.

Pump
Pumps are the heart of pressure washers so it’s worth spending a bit of extra money in order to ensure that you are buying a quality power washer with a good pump. In the case of the Wilks TX750i it comes with a Himore Brass Axial Pump which has a thermal release valve and a brass head which is what you’re looking for as they’re more durable.
Feed From Tap Or Water Butt
Pressure washers that can use water from a tap and a water butt such as a garbage can, bucket or pond are obviously more useful as you can use them in more places.
Luckily the TX750i can be used with both a tap or a water butt.
The prevent damage to the engine the unit also comes with a drain filter ensuring that the engine doesn’t get damaged when sucking up dirty water.
Huge Reach
Wilks have not only included a huge 20m durable hose but also a 10m extension hose. This means that you have a range of up to 30m without even moving the pressure washer itself.
Dimensions and Weight

TX750i Pressure Washer Accessories
The TX750i comes with a host of accessories at no extra price.
Included is a straight lance which you will use most of the time for pressure washing your driveway, paths, siding etc.
Also included is a curved gutter lance which as the name implies is great for cleaning your gutters.
There are also 5 easy ”click and go’ nozzles included and their function is as follows;
- Red nozzle for blasting
- Yellow for stripping
- Green for cleaning
- White for washing
- Black for detergent application
Unfortunately there is no patio cleaner included but this can be purchased separately if you really want to.
Assembly and Operation
This Wilks USA pressure washer does need some assembly but as one verified reviewer said that even though the instructions aren’t that great (same with flat pack furniture!) even a half a half trained ape could assemble this pressure washer.
A great tip is to photograph the contents after you have unpacked the box just in case that you need to repack it. Then make a cup of tea and read the assembly and operating instructions slowly making sure that you understand everything.
Assembly should take around 10 minutes.
After attaching the hose to your tap or water butt turn the pressure washer on while holding the trigger on the lance down in order to release any trapped air.
Note: Make sure, as with any petrol pressure washer, that the hose does not touch any part of the engine as the engine heat could cause the hose to melt.
Warranty
This Wilks pressure washer comes with a 1 year warranty. There are technicians across the UK if there are any problems with your machine. Wilks have also put in place a UK based service team to answer any questions before and after purchase.
